SHIPPING

Items shipped via UPS or USPS. Processing time: 1-7 business days before shipping. Once processing is completed, you will receive your tracking number. Expect 1-4 business days for delivery.

During a sale or major restock (Black Friday, etc.), processing may take 5-10 business days. No processing on weekends or holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may take 3-14 business days for delivery, depending on the selected shipping method at checkout. *Please note that Kemet Hair doesn't cover tariffs or customs fees.*
 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

At Kemet Hair, we're not responsible for lost or stolen items. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received it, please file a claim with UPS or USPS.

LATE SHIPMENTS

We're not liable for delays due to weather, holidays, or courier issues. Track your package using the provided number; contact your local post office if not received.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If your package returns to Kemet Hair, You will cover additional shipping or get a store credit/refund. Returns are only accepted within 48 hours of receiving the order. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We offer refunds but NO EXCHANGES AFTER 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE, with a 10% fee to cover merchant fees. Return within 48 hours; unused, original packaging. Email Support@shopkemethair.com to send proof of conditions, and we will review it for approval of exchange.

For items over $75, use trackable shipping or insurance. We can't guarantee receiving your
